Several publications have been written about the Holy Crown of Hungary. Most of these, however, are somewhat outdated both in their content and form. While not aspiring to compete with large-scale historical and art albums, this brochure provides far more in content than any other currently available small-scale publication on the theme, primarily thanks to drawing on sources such as the National Assembly's own database and the photographs taken of the Holy Crown in February 2016.

A magyar Szent Koronával kapcsolatban számos kiadvány látott már napvilágot, ezek jelentős része azonban ma már tartalmilag és formailag is elavultnak számít. A brosúra nem kíván a nagyobb formátumú történelmi-művészeti albumok versenytársa lenni, azonban a jelenleg elérhető, kisebb terjedelmű kiadványoknál jóval több tartalmat nyújt. Ezt elsősorban az Országház saját tudástára biztosítja, valamint a 2016 februárjában az Országgyűlés Hivatalának munkatársai által készített új Korona-fotók.
