Overview

"The Abduction Club" is a 2002 Anglo-Irish romantic comedy-drama film directed by Stefan Schwartz. Loosely based on real events, the film tells the story of two financially insecure young bachelors, Garrett Byrne and James Strang, who become members of an infamous society known as the 'Abduction Club'. Their goal is to abduct wealthy heiresses in order to secure their financial futures through marriage.
