Introduction:

Southern Family Shaolin 12 Pound Fist, taken as treasures of the temple, is originated from Southern Shaolin Temple created by respected monk at the beginning, then expanded in society. The fist has 12 different kinds of pound way, mainly in fierce attack, so called 'Shaolin 12 Arhat' The fist is called Southern Family Shaolin 12 Pound Fist, who is full of the characteristics of Southern Boxing.
Practice methods, exercises and skills appreciation consist of the fist. The way to do learning and practice is following the Southern Shaolin Temple secret-Muscle bone Strengthening Exercise. There are 12 actions all together in the fist. Simplicity in action but strong in force, is fierce and has colorful characteristics.
