The training methods focus on the five elements—Gold, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth—combined with the "Mandarin Duck Circle" as the foundation. The techniques are built on the principles of "Three Fights, Four Doors, and Five Steps," emphasizing a balance of inner and outer strength, mixing softness with firmness. In combat, Shaking Crane Fist highlights hand and foot coordination, with unique shaking power. Its defense and attack resemble a tiger entering the forest, retreating as gracefully as a cat playing with a mouse.
