Created by Mr.Fang huishi(Shipei) from Qingcha mountain Fujian in the period of Daoguang Emperor Qing dynasty on the basis of White Crane Fist, with action imitating of crane standingabruptly, wing spreading and so on. The fist is called Southern Family Shaking CraneFist because of that, while the crane getting wet and shaking himself, with the meaning of dithering.
Practice methods, exercises and skills appreciation consist of the fist. The way to learn and do practice are mainly on Gold, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth, cooperated with mandarin duck circle as WU. It has 3 fighting, 4 door and 5 steps elements to setup the form, with the soft and firm mixed outist and inner side advantage. While fighting, first comes hand beating, if the hand feature changed then paces changed. The fist is the ioint parts of hands and feet. The great advantage of the fist is power of shaking. The script says, if you want to be succeed in crane fist, you can find out in 3 fighting. When in the processing of attack, it just likes tiger going into forest. On the contrary, step back like cat plays mouse.
