内容简介:
且型状鹤嘴,故称「食鹤拳」。
等动作衍变而来。因吸气、吐气经常发声,手型多用指, 南派食鶴拳在白鹤拳基础上,模仿鹤的啄食、蹬枝 手推如撞钟;和若变,出手如炮弹」, 天若变,手上挑如潮;地若变,脚下踩如刷;人若变, 有二法;二法变,跟进如拔河;跟进变,分天地人和; 变,五行手法变;五行变,五点金落地;落地变,生根 技击手法多变,发劲凶猛,突然出击。拳谱云:「食鹤 变化,要求以静为主,静以养神,一静百静,一动百动; 犹如鹤啄食状,动作轻巧、快速、勇猛,手上也讲五行 眼、节的配合;套路由朝啄和藤枝组成,其手型多用指, 可配合鸳鸯圈练习,讲究吐气发声,精、气、神、手、练功方法以金、木、水、火、土五行练手法为主,也 该拳由练功方法、套路演练和技击欣赏三部分组成。

Brief Introduction:

Created on the basis of White Crane Fist, with imitation ofcrane food pecking, on stick stepping. and so on. It is named'Eating Crane Fist'just because of sound output while breathing, hand feature sculptured like crane beak.
Practice methods, exercises and skills appreciation consist of the fist. The way to learn and do practice are mainly on Gold, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth, cooperated with mandarin duck circle as well. You should pay attention to expiration with sound, energy, sprite, soul, hand and eye cooperation at the same time. The action pecking and stick stepping consist of the form. Fingers are the key point of hand feature, just like crane eating beak. Action changeable, fast and fierce, take silence as main point. The script says, 'If cating crane changed then Wuxing hand feature change. Wuxing changed, 5 point gold landing. Rooting has two ways if landing changed. Two ways alert, then following like river pulling. If following changed, then have sky, earth and humanity. In the case of heaven changed, hand uprising like tide. If the earth changed, stepping like a brush. Human changed then pushing like bell bumping. If harmony broke, then fist like cannon.'
