南派罗汉拳源于南少林寺,后隐传于民 间。此拳讲究腾、滚、扫、弹。要求上下相 随,步随手变,身如能摆,灵活多变,主张 夺中护中,劲力刚柔相济,因少林寺十八罗 汉而得名,具有鲜明的南拳特色,故称「南派罗汉拳」。此拳由练功方法、套路演练和技击欣赏三部分组成。练功方法主要通过罗汉练砖、 罗汉抖环、罗汉童树等手段,来练习罗汉的 金钢不败之身。套路由27个动作组成,动作 【整齐,简明清晰,掌势激烈。技击时以十字 手而著称,手法上讲究顶、卷、挑、盖、插、 滚、托、辈。拳谱云:「勾捶撞打问路,十 腿连不用;一字马一片身,罗汉头顶撞人」。

Introduction:

Southern Family Arhat Fist, is originated from Southern Shaolin Temple at the beginning, then expanded in society. Key feature of the fist is jumping, rolling, sweeping and springing. You should change your steps as the fist changed, the body moving like helm swing. Focused on the middle battle line, not only at tack but defend. The fist is called Southern Family Arhat Fist, named from the 18 arhats in the temple, who is full of the characteristics of Southern Boxing.
Practice methods, exercises and skills appreciation consist of the fist. The way to learn and do practice are bricks hitting, links shaking and trees bump-ing, for example.
