Where is the border between friendship and love?

Rachel (Ginnifer Goodwin) is a talented attorney in a cool New York office, a generous and loyal friend, and to her greatest sorrow she is still single ... which her best friend Darcy (Kate Hudson) is fondly reminded of. But after her thirtieth birthday party, Rachel, the incorrigible good girl, unexpectedly ends up in the arms of Dex (Colin Egglesfield), who she's been in love with since law school ... and who happens to be Darcy's fiancé.
