Overview (English)

A dzsungel fia (translated as "Ryu, the Cave Boy") is a 1971 Japanese anime directed by Akihi Masayuki. The story follows the journey of Ryuu, a boy born into a tribe that initially attempts to sacrifice him to a Tyrannosaurus named Shirano due to the color of his skin. However, he is saved by a monkey who raises him as her own son.

As Ryuu matures, his mother sets out on a quest to find him after leaving the tribe. Sixteen years later, Ryuu encounters a girl named Ran, who has been sold to his original tribe. The tribe, unhappy to see Ryuu alive, attempts to sacrifice him once again, this time by burning him alive. Before they can complete the act, Shirano attacks, leading to a massacre that claims the lives of Ryuu's adoptive mother and many tribe members.

Determined to reunite with his mother and help Ran find her brother Don, Ryuu embarks on a perilous quest filled with danger, adventure, and the struggle for survival in a world where humans coexist with dinosaurs.

A dzsungel fia (eredeti cím: 原始少年リュウ) egy 1971-es japán anime, amelyet Akihi Masayuki rendezett. A történet főhőse, Rai, egy olyan törzsbe születik, amely megpróbálja őt feláldozni egy Tyrannosaurus-nak, Shirano-nak a bőrszíne miatt. Szerencsére egy majom megmenti őt, és saját fiaként neveli fel.

Rai édesanyja elhagyja a törzset, hogy megkeresse őt. Tizenhat évvel később Rai találkozik egy Ran nevű lánnyal, akit a saját törzsébe adtak el. 物語は人類と恐竜が共存する原始時代を舞台に、猿人キティに育てられたリュウが、ランとドンを連れて母を捜す苦難と戦いの旅を描いています。肌が白いため、リュウは常に嫉妬のタカに命を狙われますが、敵同士であるタカの実兄のキバとは親子のような友情関係を築きます。キバはチラノ（ティラノサウルス）を倒すことに執念を燃やし、最後にはチラノに殺されます。
