ALAN LINTON is Emeritus Professor of Bacteriology of the University of Bristol.
He was brought up in a Christian family who were active members of the Christian Brethren.
Early in life he came to know the Lord and over the years has been engaged in Bible teaching both locally and further afield. His interest in Bible prophecy has increased as a result of frequent visits to Israel.
As a scientist and a Christian he has had many opportunities to speak on subjects such as Science and Faith and Evolution or Creation.
