We are pleased to announce Johanna Lorch's book on Jim (James) Fraser's life and missionary work. In Isobel Kuhn's earlier published books in Hungarian (“Those Who Want Me”, “In the Arena”, and “Nest Over the Gap”), we have already met Jim Fraser. A lecture at the Firewood Conference gave Isobel Kuhn a decisive incentive to go to China with her husband John Kuhn as missionaries. There, J. Fraser became their leader as the overseer of the area.

In this book, Johanna Lorch narrates the beginnings and background of the mission among the Lizu people.
