Hungarians never truly recognized the importance of propaganda. Therefore, our enemies were free to wage hateful propaganda warfare all over the world, without the Hungarians blinking an eye. Owing to this relentless activity, the Romanians were successful in saturating the entire Western world with the ,,Daco-Roman continuity in Transylvania" fairytale. The Slovaks are also in the process of creating a history for themselves by usurping and borrowing from Hungarian history, including Magyar kings, coat-of-arms, erasing the Hungarian past of the occupied Hungarians cities, including Pozsony, the long time capital of Hungary. This historical city was known as Pozsony, Pressburg, Posonium, but never by its present name of Bratislava". But more of it in the book... We, the publishers and writers of this book, are not connected fi- nancially to the Hungarian government or their agencies. Therefore, we are free to present the history and interest of this nation without any regard to its government. We are wholly financed by the small contributions of the Hungarian-born citizens of the United States and Canada. Not one of our staff writers, contributors and translators re- ceives any compensations or pay. All are volunteers.
