Patricia Mary St. John (1919–1993) was an English writer renowned for her prolific works in the genre of Protestant evangelical fiction, particularly for children and young adults. She is best known for her novels that convey Christian values and the transformative power of God's love. Patricia spent much of her life as a missionary nurse in Morocco, where she served in difficult conditions, demonstrating her deep faith through her work. She later wrote novels based on her experiences in North Africa, including Treasures of the Snow and The Tanglewood's Secret. Patricia lived the final years of her life in Canley, Coventry, passing away in 1993.
