The villa on Bogár Street, situated on the Rózsadomb plateau, became a safe haven for children aged 2-19, mostly teenagers. Despite numerous dangers, the residents united to overcome extreme hardships, laying the foundations for "Gaudiopolis," a spiritual republic for children.
