Directed by the successful Harald Reinl, "Die Zwillingsschwestern vom Zillertal" is a legendary German Heimatfilm featuring popular stars Isa and Jutta Günther, Joachim Fuchsberger, Karin Dor, Hans Moser, Margarete Haagen, Werner Finck, and special guests Alice and Ellen Kessler.
Baroness von Auerstein is in debt and wants to save her castle by marrying her son Franz to Daniela Kleemann, the daughter of a wealthy perfume manufacturer. However, the twin sisters Christel and Reserl are determined to prevent this marriage, as one of them has her sights set on Franz. Meanwhile, the butler Hans Burger is in love with Daniela. Amidst beautiful music and the stunning backdrop of the Zillertal valley, the events unfold as everyone tries to end up with their desired partner.
From Backside:
