A "Szútrecitációk" egy innovatív énekes kamarazenei mű, melyet szoprán vagy tenor hangra (illetve mezzoszoprán vagy bariton hangra) írtak, három klarinét, a rezonátorként működő zongora, mikrofon, erősítő, hangfal, két hangolt üvegpohár és azonosítatlan zajforrás(ok) kíséretében. A darab előadásában az énekszólam – időnként mikrofonon és erősítőn keresztül – egy hangszóróhoz jut, mely a zongora húrokat közvetlenül megzengeti, miközben a jobb lábpedál lenyomásra kerül.
