The history of Bible translations into the Albanian language can be divided into early and modern translations.

Interconfessional Version, 2007 (NT)

In 2007, the Albanian Interconfessional Bible Society (or "Shoqëria Biblike," a division of the United Bible Societies) produced a new translation of the New Testament based on The Greek New Testament, Fourth Revised Edition by the UBS. It was printed with a short concordance and names index. The Old Testament translated from Hebrew is now near completion. As reflected in its title, the introduction to the version states that it is "the fruit of the co-operative work of all the Christian confessions present in Albania" i.e. Protestant, Catholic and Orthodox. In websites and apps this version is accessed as "AL Së bashku". The full Bible is expected to be finished in 2020. The Interconfessional Bible Society of Albania also engages in reproducing the earliest known Albanian versions or portions of the Bible.

Në vitin 2007, Shoqëria Biblike Ndërkonfesionale Shqiptare (ose "Shoqëria Biblike", një ndarje e Shoqatave të Bashkuara Biblike) prodhoi një përkthim të ri të Testamentit të Ri bazuar në Dhiatën e Re Greke, Botimi i Katërt i Rishikuar nga UBS. Është shtypur me një përputhshmëri të shkurtër dhe indeks të emrave. Dhiata e Vjetër e përkthyer nga hebraishtja tani është afër përfundimit. Siç pasqyrohet në titullin e tij, në hyrje të versionit thuhet se ai është "fryt i punës së bashkëpunimit të të gjitha konfesioneve të krishtera të pranishme në Shqipëri", pra protestante, katolike dhe ortodokse. Në faqet e internetit dhe aplikacionet ky version aksesohet si "AL Së bashku". Bibla e plotë pritet të përfundojë në vitin 2020. Shoqëria Biblike Ndërkonfesionale e Shqipërisë angazhohet gjithashtu në riprodhimin e versioneve ose pjesëve më të hershme të njohura shqip të Biblës.
