The band Adagio was founded in the fall of 2005. Members: Zsolt Homonnay (tenor), Péter Balczó (tenor), Sándor Nagy until 2010, then Bálint Merán (baritone) from 2010. They perform songs combining classical music with vocal pop accompanied by a symphonic orchestra in a crossover style.
Their four CDs so far have gone platinum (Adagio, Gold, Érintés, Hollywood), and their concert show was also broadcast by Magyar Televízió . The DVD made from it also achieved platinum status.
